I managed to grab a couple of hours in the
afternoon, so I headed out with the rifle.
I visited my nearest permission 1st, and on entering the field
I counted 19 rabbits running into the 1st warren, 6 went into the 2nd
warren, 3 in the 3rd, and 11 into the 4th.
Warrens #1, 2 & 3 are in the open, and #4 is in a large crater which has a
large Nettle patch in the base, and is the easiest to sit in ambush.
So I crept silently into position, and waited.
20 minutes passed, and a large rabbit hopped out of 1 of the holes. He sat
sniffing the air, and I slowly raised my rifle and placed my mark
I'll be visiting again soon.
